Thermo75

The Thermo75 Series redefines the standards of energy efficiency and acoustic performance for inward opening windows, with its core focus on thermal break technology. This series includes Thermo75 inward opening windows, Thermo75 tilt & turn windows, and Thermo75 inward tilt windows. Through its precisely engineered thermal break structure, it effectively blocks heat transfer between indoors and outdoors, significantly enhancing the overall window’s thermal insulation and energy-saving performance—a key element in reducing energy consumption and ensuring year-round comfort.

Building upon the superior structural strength and safety of the 75 Series, the Thermo75 Series is dedicated to creating a quieter, more energy-efficient living environment. Whether you prefer the wide-open view of a fully opening window or the gentle, constant ventilation of a tilted position, the Thermo75 Series delivers exceptional thermal and acoustic performance alongside flexible, user-friendly opening options. It safeguards every degree of comfort and every moment of tranquility in your home, making it the premium choice for intelligent living.

Tempered Glass

All products utilize tempered glass. Its bending strength is 3-5 times that of regular glass, and its impact resistance is 5-10 times greater. Our glass is certified to the American SGCC standard and the Australian standard.

Laminated Glass

Laminated glass is formed by bonding two layers of glass with an inter layer. It offers enhanced safety, as it retains its integrity and does not scatter upon breakage.

Low-E Glass

Low-E glass is an energy-efficient glazing that effectively reflects far-infrared heat radiation while maintaining high light transmittance. Our Low-E glass can meet various Solar Heat Gain.

Coefficient (SHGC) and thermal resistance (U-value) requirements.

Warm Edge Spacer Glass

Featuring an optimized spacer material, warm edge spacer glass significantly reduces heat loss at the glass edge, thereby improving the overall thermal insulation performance of the window.

Frosted glass

Frosted glass is glass that has been roughened via sandblasting or acid-etching. Its surface scatters light through diffuse reflection, achieving the effect of “transmitting light while obscuring vision,” thus ensuring both illumination and visual privacy.

FAQs
  • Q
What does the "75" in the thermo75 Series represent? What are the advantages of its profile structure?

The “75” represents the depth of the frame of 75mm. It is our basic product model, offering high cost-effectiveness and meeting the requirements for doors and windows in most regions.

  • Q
What surface treatment options do you offer?

We employ powder coating using paints from AkzoNobel, a Global Fortune 500 company. All coatings comply with the AAMA (or Qualicoat) standard and are tested in the USA.

We also offer PVDF coating (Fluorocarbon coating). This coating provides excellent adhesion and a brilliant gloss finish, demonstrating outstanding load-bearing capacity and superior corrosion resistance.

  • Q
What glazing options are available? Is customization supported?

We offer highly flexible glazing solutions that can be customized to meet the energy efficiency, safety, and acoustic insulation requirements of your project.

  • Q
Do you provide product installation guidance or technical documentation?

Yes. We can provide installation videos. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can also offer remote technical guidance for your team via online meetings.

  • Q
We are concerned about supply chain stability. What are your minimum order quantity and lead time?

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is as low as one square meter. For standard products, the typical lead time is 30-40 days. For large-volume orders or customized products with special requirements, the timeline may be extended. The exact delivery date depends on the order’s complexity, and we will communicate and confirm it with you promptly. You have our full commitment to on-time delivery.

  • Q
How do you ensure the products remain undamaged during long-distance transportation?

We have a professional packaging process. Your goods will be packaged using a combination of plastic film, corrugated cardboard boxes, and non-fumigated wooden crates.

  • Q
If we discover any quality issues after receiving the goods, what is your after-sales process like?

We have a strict quality guarantee policy. If you find any quality problems, you can contact our customer service at any time. If it is indeed our production responsibility, our goal is to respond quickly and solve your problem, minimizing your losses to the greatest extent.

  • Q
Are the hardware components produced by yourselves or purchased from outside?

We focus on the system integration of aluminum profiles and doors and windows. For the hardware components, we have a good cooperative relationship with leading European hardware brand suppliers to ensure product quality, such as Roto, Hoppe, Siegenia (Sigilia), G-U, etc.

  • Q
Does your factory conduct factory inspections for potential clients? And what is the process like?

We warmly welcome and encourage customers to conduct factory inspections. This is the best way to build trust. Please inform us in advance of your plans. We will assist you in obtaining the invitation letter and arrange a dedicated team to receive you.
