THERMO 75

The Thermo75 Series redefines the standards of energy efficiency and acoustic performance for inward opening windows, with its core focus on thermal break technology. This series includes Thermo75 inward opening windows, Thermo75 tilt & turn windows, and Thermo75 inward tilt windows. Through its precisely engineered thermal break structure, it effectively blocks heat transfer between indoors and outdoors, significantly enhancing the overall window’s thermal insulation and energy-saving performance—a key element in reducing energy consumption and ensuring year-round comfort.

Glass Options
DECORATIVE AND SPECIALTY GLASS
TEMPERED GLASS

Tempered glass is a type of reinforced glass with 3-5 times the bending strength and 5-10 times the impact strength of ordinary glass. Our glass meets SGCC (USA) and AS2208 (Australia) standards. Its high load capacity makes it durable, and if broken, it shatters into small, harmless fragments for enhanced safety.

LOW-E GLASS

Low-E glass blocks infrared light from outside while retaining indoor heating and cooling energy, significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing HVAC costs. Our NFRC-certified Low-E options meet various SHGC and U-factor requirements for optimal performance.

WARM EDGE SPACERS

The spacer between glazing panes significantly impacts performance. Aluminum spacers, the standard choice, conduct heat 4,000-5,000 times more than insulation, causing edge condensation even in double glazing. Upgrading to warm edge spacers eliminates this weak point, improving thermal efficiency and preventing window crying.

LAMINATED GLASS

Laminated glass consists of two glass plies bonded with interlayers, creating a strong, uniform layer that holds together even when broken. Available in various thicknesses, it can incorporate coatings for insulation or low emissions. For specialized needs, PVB or SGP interlayers provide enhanced protection, including hurricane and bullet resistance.

FAQs
  • Q
What does the "75" in the thermo75 Series represent? What are the advantages of its profile structure?

The “75” represents the depth of the frame of 75mm. It is our basic product model, offering high cost-effectiveness and meeting the requirements for doors and windows in most regions.

  • Q
What surface treatment options do you offer?

We employ powder coating using paints from AkzoNobel, a Global Fortune 500 company. All coatings comply with the AAMA (or Qualicoat) standard and are tested in the USA.

We also offer PVDF coating (Fluorocarbon coating). This coating provides excellent adhesion and a brilliant gloss finish, demonstrating outstanding load-bearing capacity and superior corrosion resistance.

  • Q
What glazing options are available? Is customization supported?

We offer highly flexible glazing solutions that can be customized to meet the energy efficiency, safety, and acoustic insulation requirements of your project.

  • Q
Do you provide product installation guidance or technical documentation?

Yes. We can provide installation videos. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can also offer remote technical guidance for your team via online meetings.

  • Q
Does your factory conduct factory inspections for potential clients? And what is the process like?

We warmly welcome and encourage customers to conduct factory inspections. This is the best way to build trust. Please inform us in advance of your plans. We will assist you in obtaining the invitation letter and arrange a dedicated team to receive you.
