TEMPERED GLASS
Tempered glass is a type of reinforced glass with 3-5 times the bending strength and 5-10 times the impact strength of ordinary glass. Our glass meets SGCC (USA) and AS2208 (Australia) standards. Its high load capacity makes it durable, and if broken, it shatters into small, harmless fragments for enhanced safety.
LOW-E GLASS
Low-E glass blocks infrared light from outside while retaining indoor heating and cooling energy, significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing HVAC costs. Our NFRC-certified Low-E options meet various SHGC and U-factor requirements for optimal performance.
WARM EDGE SPACERS
The spacer between glazing panes significantly impacts performance. Aluminum spacers, the standard choice, conduct heat 4,000-5,000 times more than insulation, causing edge condensation even in double glazing. Upgrading to warm edge spacers eliminates this weak point, improving thermal efficiency and preventing window crying.
LAMINATED GLASS
Laminated glass consists of two glass plies bonded with interlayers, creating a strong, uniform layer that holds together even when broken. Available in various thicknesses, it can incorporate coatings for insulation or low emissions. For specialized needs, PVB or SGP interlayers provide enhanced protection, including hurricane and bullet resistance.
