What materials are used for the wood and aluminium of the aluminium clad wood? Is customization supported?

We choose the wood with FSC forest certificates.Standard wood profile is finger joint laminated wood,which is not easy to be out of shape.the aluminium is high precision aluminum alloy, with Akzo powder coating process on the surface, which has excellent weather resistance. Wood and aluminium color can be customized according to customer needs.

3.Will the wood be damp, deformed or cracked? What should be paid attention to in daily maintenance?

The wood’s moisture content controlled at 8% – 12%, which meets national standards, and will not deform or crack under normal use. Daily maintenance only requires wiping with a dry cloth, avoiding direct contact of strong acid and alkali cleaners with the wood surface; in coastal humid areas, it is recommended to do wood wax oil maintenance once a year.

Is installation guidance and after - sales service provided? How long is the warranty period?

We provide free on – site installation guidance and technical training services, as well as a overall window warranty 10 – year warranty .During the warranty period, free repair and replacement will be provided for quality problems.

Is the tilt & turn hardware system durable? What is the maximum number of opening and closing cycles？

It is equipped with imported multi – point locking hardware system as standard, which can bear the sash weight of ≥100kg, has a normal service life of more than 20 years, and supports lifelong maintenance.
